Refund policy

At Unknowns, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We create every piece with care and precision. Since each product is made just for you, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Returns:

• We accept returns only in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
• Returns are not applicable for customizable items due to change of mind, size preference, color tone, or customer error.

Please email us at unveil.unknowns@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue to start the return process.

Exchanges:

We do not offer product exchanges as items that are just made for you. Only refunds for approved defective/incorrect items are processed.

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10–15 business days.
